What we collect

When you sign up for TrackRev we collect: your name, email, workspace name, and (if you subscribe) billing details handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; Stripe does.

What our product collects (on your behalf)

TrackRev's redirect endpoint records: the link clicked, click timestamp, IP address (transient — used for country + city, not stored long-term), user agent, referrer, and the visitor's vid cookie value (a random id, not tied to any identity unless your site calls our identify() endpoint).

The optional pixel on your site records page views and any custom events you fire. All data is first-party — the cookie is set on your domain (when you configure a custom cookie-domain) or our shortlink domain otherwise.

What we don't do

  • We don't use third-party analytics on the TrackRev dashboard.
  • We don't sell, rent, or share customer data with advertisers.
  • We don't fingerprint visitors. The vid cookie is a random id.
  • We don't enable session replay anywhere on this product.

Where data lives

TrackRev runs on Vercel (US) and Supabase (Postgres). Click and event data persists in your workspace's tables; access is gated by Supabase Row Level Security so a request can never reach another workspace's rows.

How long we keep it

Click and event data is retained for the lifetime of your account. On account deletion, all workspace data is removed within 30 days. You can export everything to CSV before deleting.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your TrackRev account data at any time by emailing privacy@trackrev.io. For visitor data captured by your workspace, you (the workspace owner) are the data controller; we are the processor.
