What does the $10K / $100K commission limit actually count?

TrackRev meters the total commission tracked — the sum of your partners' earnings (their cut of each sale) recorded in a calendar month. It is never your revenue: your sales can be any amount. Starter tracks up to $10K of commission a month, Growth up to $100K, and Scale is unlimited. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

How many workspaces can I create on each plan?

Starter includes one workspace. Growth and Scale both include unlimited workspaces, so agencies and multi-brand teams can run every client or brand under a single subscription. If you're on Starter and try to add a second workspace, TrackRev prompts you to upgrade to Growth or Scale first.

What happens if I hit my monthly commission limit?

New commissions stop accruing for the rest of that calendar month once you reach your plan's cap, and TrackRev prompts you to upgrade. Your links, clicks, revenue attribution, and existing commissions keep working normally — only new partner commission accrual pauses. Upgrading to Growth or Scale resumes it immediately, and everything resets on the 1st.

Is revenue capped too, or only commissions?

Only commissions. Your sale revenue is always unlimited on every paid plan — TrackRev never caps how much you earn or how many orders you sync. The monthly limit applies solely to the commission (partner earnings) side of the affiliate ledger.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

TrackRev lets you upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing, and the change takes effect immediately. Paddle handles proration automatically — you only pay the difference between plans for the remainder of the billing period, and any unused balance is credited toward the next invoice.

How does proration work?

TrackRev prorates every mid-cycle tier change through Paddle: it calculates the unused portion of your current plan as a credit and bills you the prorated cost of the new plan for the rest of the period. You're never double-charged. Downgrades apply a credit to your next invoice rather than refunding the card.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

TrackRev requires no credit card to start — the free tier needs no card. You only enter card details when you choose to start a Starter, Growth, or Scale checkout.

Do you offer annual billing?

TrackRev does not offer annual billing yet. Most customers prefer the cancel-anytime monthly cadence; if you want annual, drop us a line at maruf@trackrev.io.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

TrackRev lets you cancel at any time from Settings → Billing with one click. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free tier — your links, data, and dashboards stay intact.

What counts as a tracked event?

Accepted Answer

TrackRev counts a tracked event as any click on one of your TrackRev links, plus any pixel pageview. Conversions (Stripe charges, signups) do not count toward the limit. Bot traffic is filtered out before metering. The free tier's 1,000 events/month reset on your workspace's monthly anniversary; every paid plan makes events unlimited.

Are there any per-payout or transaction fees?

TrackRev does not take a percentage of your revenue or commissions — the monthly price is the full price. The only pass-through cost is the managed PayPal auto-payout option, where PayPal's per-payout fee is charged at cost. CSV exports for manual payouts are free.

Which payment methods do you accept?

TrackRev accepts all major credit and debit cards via Paddle, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where Paddle supports them.
